Für Office Mobile für Android steht jetzt im Google Play Store ein größeres Update mit der Versions-Nummer 16.0.15601 zum Download bereit. Mit der neuen Version ist die gemeinsame Bearbeitung von Dokumenten, die mit Microsoft Purview Information Protection geschützt sind, jetzt allgemein für Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Office Mobile Apps auf Android- und iOS-Geräten verfügbar. Dokumente, die mit Sensitivitätskennzeichnungen in Microsoft Purview Information Protection verschlüsselt sind, können jetzt von mehreren Benutzern gleichzeitig geöffnet und bearbeitet werden. Die Funktion ist für Office Desktop Apps für Windows und Mac sowie Office für das Web bereits verfügbar. Änderungen an Dokumenten werden automatisch gespeichert und in Echtzeit an andere Beteiligte weitergegeben, während die durch das Label erzwungenen Schutzmaßnahmen über diese Endpunkte hinweg korrekt beachtet werden. Das Update erfordert ein Gerät mit Android 9.0 und neuer und kann ab sofort im Google Play Store geladen werden, andernfalls wirst du benachrichtigt, sobald es für dein Gerät verfügbar ist. - Co-authoring on documents protected with Microsoft Purview Information Protection is now generally available for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Mobile applications on Android and iOS devices. Documents encrypted with Sensitivity labels in Microsoft Purview Information Protection can now be opened and edited at the same time by multiple users. The feature is already generally available for Office Desktop applications (Windows and Mac) and Office for the Web. Changes to documents are AutoSaved and shared with other collaborators in real-time, while the protections enforced by the label are correctly honored across these endpoints. Install or update Office Mobile, Word, Excel or PowerPoint to version 16.0.14931 or higher on Android or version 2.58.207 or higher on iOS.
