Microsoft hat im Laufe der Woche ein größeres Update mit der Versions-Nummer 2312 für die Microsoft 365 Desktop-Apps wie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook und Co. veröffentlicht. Die neue Version umfasst Featureupdates für Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint sowie Bug Fixes für Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project und Office. Mit der neuen Version hat Office ein neues Standarddesign erhalten. Damit hat Microsoft die Standardschriftart und die Farben des Office-Designs aktualisiert, um es moderner und zugänglicher zu machen. Das neue Aussehen gibt eine aktualisierte Standardfarbpalette und Typschriftart an, die in Office Apps angewendet werden. Das neue Design wirkt sich nur auf dein Dokument aus, nicht auf das Erscheinungsbild von Microsoft 365. Außerdem ist die Vertraulichkeitssymbolleiste beim Erstellen einer Kopie eines Dokuments verfügbar. Diese ist in Word, Excel und PowerPoint verfügbar, wenn Benutzer Kopien ihrer Dokumente in Datei > Speichern unter erstellen. Dies hilft Benutzern, die für ihr Dokument geltenden Sicherheitsrichtlinien zu verstehen. Dazu kommen auch die üblichen Bug Fixes und Verbesserungen, um die Office Apps zuverlässiger zu machen. Wenn neue Office 365-Funktionen verfügbar werden, nimmt das Rollout an alle Abonnenten manchmal etwas Zeit im Anspruch. Bei ihrer Veröffentlichung werden diese Updates zuerst an einen kleinen Prozentsatz von Benutzern gesendet. Weitere Benutzer werden dann im Laufe der Zeit hinzugefügt, bis alle Office-Abonnenten ihre Updates erhalten haben. Das Update lässt sich allerdings auch manuell anstoßen. Das Update mit der Versions-Nummer 2312 setzt ein PC mit Windows 10 und neuer voraus und kann ab sofort geladen werden. Um das Update manuell anzustoßen, starte Word und erstelle ein neues Dokument › Gehe zu Datei › Konto › Wähle unter Produktinformationen › Office-Updates › Updateoptionen › Jetzt aktualisieren aus.   • We fixed an issue where Custom Menu text was truncated when right clicking in a cell.
  • We fixed an issue where the message list was blank when switching between the „Focused“ and „Other“ views.
  • We fixed an issue where Mail Tips were not showing for attachments.
  • We fixed an issue where the list of invalid recipients was showing duplicates.
  • We fixed an issue that caused Outlook to exit unexpectedly when opening embedded mail attachments in another application.
  • We fixed an issue where restoring a previous version of a presentation was not working as expected when using Version History.
  • We fixed an issue where the duration on manually scheduled tasks was not calculated correctly when importing from XML.
  • We fixed an issue where the content control end tag is marked at the end of the document automatically if the document is edited in Word Online and then opened in Word desktop.
  • We fixed an issue where the input language formatting would sometimes revert to a previously typed language when using Language AutoDetect.
  • We fixed an issue where the orientation of Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) line markers was not rendering correctly.
