Microsoft hat neben Office Mobile für iPhone, das jetzt für den privaten Gebrauch kostenlos ist, wie erwartet, auch Office für das iPad freigegeben. Im iTunes App Store stehen jetzt Word, Excel und PowerPoint zum Download bereit. Mithilfe von Word, Excel und PowerPoint lassen sich jetzt Dokumente, Kalkulationstabellen und Präsentationen lesen und anzeigen. Zum Erstellen und Bearbeiten ist ein Office 365-Abonnement erforderlich. Gleichzeitig wurde die OneNote App an das neue Design von iOS 7 angepasst. Die Apps erfordert ein Gerät mit iOS 7.0 oder höher und können ab sofort im iTunes App Store geladen werden.
