Microsoft hat in der Nacht die Verfügbarkeit von Windows 10 Oktober 2020 Update für Insider im Release Preview Kanal im offiziellen Windows Blog angekündigt. Microsoft macht jetzt das Windows 10 Oktober 2020 Update (Version 20H2) bereit für die Veröffentlichung und stellt die Build 19042.508 für Windows Insider im Release Preview Kanal als Update KB4571756 bereit. Das Update auf die Build 19042.508 lässt sich für Windows Insider im Release Preview Kanal herunterladen und testen. Bitte beachtet, dass das Update vom Mai 2020 zunächst nur auf eine Teilmenge von Windows-Insidern im Release Preview Kanal automatisch übertragen wird. Alle anderen können zu Einstellungen > Update & Sicherheit > Windows Update gehen und manuell nach Updates suchen und das Windows 10 Oktober 2020 Update installieren. Wenn ein Insider seinen PC auf die Version 20H2 aktualisiert, erhält er weiterhin automatisch neue Wartungsupdates über Windows Update. Das Update wird für einige Zeit im Release Preview Kanal verbleiben, um Probleme zu erkennen, bevor eine umfassendere Bereitstellung erfolgt. Windows 10 Oktober 2020 Update für Insider im Release Preview Kanal

Hello Windows Insiders! We are continuing to prepare the Windows 10 October 2020 Update (Version 20H2) to be ready for release. Today, we are releasing Build 19042.508 (KB4571756) to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. We believe that Build 19042.508 is the final build and still plan on continuing to improve the overall experience of the October 2020 Update on customers’ PCs as part of our normal servicing cadence. Please note that the October 2020 Update will be offered to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel via our “seeker” experience in Windows Update at first. This means Insiders will need to go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and choose to download and install 20H2. Once an Insider updates their PC to the October 2020 Update, they will continue to automatically receive new servicing updates through Windows Update.
